The 2016 wine harvest is just starting and I want to share with you some of my favourite recipes used to feed the pickers. I collected them from the families of wine-makers in Burgundy, Bordeaux, Rhone, Champagne, Loire and Alsace – all the places where great wine is made and good food eaten.
